MAS Geotechnical Consultancy Ltd. in Ghana, is where skills and project collaborations are delivered to high-quality standards. MAS Geotechnical Consultancy Ltd. is 100% locally owned Ghanaian company.
We focus on transferring skills to Ghanaians through technical workshops (e.g., Historical Dam Failures and Lessons Learned) and upcoming sessions, including a planned 2026 workshop titled From Design Concepts to Closure of TSFs (Tailings Storage Facility. Our long-term goal is to expand and export professional services across Africa.
Our team includes professionals with extensive experience in some of the world’s largest global consulting and mining firms.
MAS Geotechnical also aims to leverage the expertise of foreign-trained Ghanaians to mentor and train new graduates in Ghana.
In the long term, we will be developing a co-op program for Ghanaian university students who are passionate about tailings management, as we continue to expand our presence and impact in Ghana and other African countries.

Monica worked in Consulting, Mining, Oil and Gas Industries in Ghana and Canada.
Monica has a Bachelors and Masters in Civil
Engineering with Geotechnical Engineering specialization. She also holds a Masters in Business Administration.
